Various discounted eye blanks

Most of these are free from flaws and are good to use as they are. Those that are faulty in some way have had their flaws photographed for clarity:
- 2, 3, 4, 10, 15: rough, overextruded surface area. Diagonal lines where the nozzle scratched the print on 3 and 4.
- 5: little gaps in underextruded top layer.
- 6: matte surface, shiny walls
- 8: one blank detached from the build plate, has lifted corners. Surprisingly hard to notice from the front.
- 19: scaling issue. Too large to fit any head base I sell.

Rougher eye blanks can still be used after smoothing/sanding.
