A chin stop piece printed from black TPU. It stops the wearer's chin from sliding forward and the bottom edge of the base from digging into their neck.
It can be either glued to the bottom of the base (epoxy adhesive is preferred) or for a more secure fit, you may drill two holes in the bottom jaw (a dremel is usually enough) to pass screws through (M4 or 5/32" screws) and screw the stop to the base from below.
